Valle de Guadalupe has been referred to as the Napa Valley of Mexico, and for good reason. Its 1,000 foot elevation and Mediterranean micro-climate create ideal conditions for growing red wine grapes, particularly varietals that don’t fare well in Alta California, and the wines being produced by the region’s wineries are worth serious consideration, even by seasoned oenophiles.
Its fine dining restaurants, offering sophisticated food at a fraction of what you’d pay in America, are becoming so popular that their chefs are quickly ascending to celebrity status. But what makes the Valle so interesting is the total lack of pretense in its offerings. Envision Napa, but with no traffic, no “wine train,” no celebrity names on bottles. To visit this area is to spend a weekend in a state of low-key bliss, as long as your idea of a perfect day involves good, inexpensive wine and friendly vineyard dogs.

Join us for an amazing journey as we travel the trails through Valle de Guadalupe. We’ll stop for lunch and a tour of one of our well-known local wineries. You’ll enjoy stunning views and amazing food and wine! We’ll begin our round-trip, four and a half hour off-road adventure at La Mision (near Ensenada).
Just imagine all your senses tingling with fresh Baja Air, a bit of dust, and a drop or two of adrenaline! You’ll discover just how much fun it is to blast through trails with ease, cruise between vineyards and finally relax and enjoy mesmerizing vistas as the sun sets.
If you’re new to off-roading, you can count on our experienced staff to introduce you to UTX off-road vehicles and show you everything you’ll need to know to have a safe and memorable trip. Don’t worry, no experience is necessary (if you can drive an automatic, you’ll be fine). You’ll be driving a new Maverick or Razr UTV (off-road vehicle), with plenty of power to rip with excitement — if that’s your speed. This trip is family friendly!
Hotel transportation is included.
- Cost: $395.00 USD/per person, all-inclusive (minimum two people).
A $100 USD deposit (per person) due at booking,
with the balance in full payable one week prior to departure.
We need a minimum of four people per trip and can accommodate up to forty. - Duration: Half-day (4.5 Hours)

If you’re a bit more adventurous, or if you’ve done this before, we offer a variety of custom tour options for groups of four or more. We’ll help you plan your route, trip duration and choose the sightseeing and winery tour options that are exactly right for you. Just get in touch!

Escorted tours of multiple wineries are also available. You also have the option to travel on-road all the way.

Are you ready for a truly memorable experience? Off-roading in Baja Wine Country is a thrill of a lifetime and will certainly be the highlight of your trip!
- Cost: $180 USD/driver, with additional participants (up to three) $60 USD/each.
- Minimum: 2 Passengers per vehicle
- Optional Extras: Transportation to and from your vacation home / hotel, or the US, is available upon request, for an additional fee.
- Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced
